We want to provide our customer with the most value for their dollar. Our safety record, on-time scheduling and quality of work are our highest priorities.
The CHILDS CORPORATION safety program is comprised of professionals who have 30 plus years of safety and health management experience. Monthly safety training meetings are required of ALL employees. Our employees and supervisors are trained to identify unsafe acts, determine all potential hazards and remove them; utilize the “Stop Work Authority”, promote a positive safety culture and conduct performance audits.
In keeping with the CHILDS CORPORATION core values and intrinsic safety culture, the health and safety of employees is paramount in the conduct of our business. We are committed to the protection of the environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers, subcontractors, the landowner and the public.
